Using 35% Food Grade
Hydrogen Peroxide (H2o2)

Possible Reactions to H2o2

Skin eruptions, nausea, sleepiness, unusual fatigue, diarrhea, colds (in head & chest), ear infections, boils or any other method that the body uses to emit toxins from the body (the toxins have been rooted out by the use of the H2o2).   This is the natural way for the body to cleanse and the natural cleansing will be of a short duration as you continue to maintain your program.    Above all, even if you must decrease your dosage, continue the program..... don't give up.

If you should get the cleansing reaction, you may want to increase the dosage to hasten the cleansing.   A cleansing is the effect on the body of bacteria dying off or various forms of poisons being released through the eliminative organs of the body.. i.e.  skin, lungs, kidneys and bowels.

Remember:  When H2o2 comes in contact with virus and streptococcus, it will liberate free oxygen (o2).   This may be happening in your stomach.    If your stomach feels uneasy, it is only the H2o2 seeking out the virus and streptococcus to destroy.

Warning:  Avoid Spillage

Caution:  If you spill 35% H2o2 on your skin, immediately rinse with lots of tap water.   It will burn and turn the skin white.

Making a Lower Percentage Solutions from 35 % Solutions

Take the number 35 & divide it by a number to get the percentage.

Examples:  35 divided by 11.5 =  3.04 % called  3.0 %

                     35 divided by   4.5 =  7.78 % called  8.0 %

                     35 divided by   3.0 = 11.67 % called 12.0 %

                     35 divided by 70.0 =   .50 % called  0.5 % (1/2 %)

The number you have divided by is the amount of water or juice in ounces to use with one (1) ounce of the 35 % H2o2 to get the correct percentage.

A good place to start with your mix is to place 70 ounces of water in a gallon container and add one (1) ounce of the 35 % H2o2.    This will make the .5 % (1/2 percent) mix.

Additional Uses

Vegetable soak:   (In place of Clorox), add 1/4 cup of 3 % H2o2 to a sink full of cold water.  soak light skinned vegetables (lettuce, etc.) for 20 minutes.    Thicker skinned (like cucumbers) for 30 minutes.    Drain and dry (they keep longer to).

If time is a problem, you may spray the vegetables with straight three (3)% H2o2, let stand for a couple minutes, rinse & dry.

Left over tossed salad:   Place 1 tablespoon 3% H2o2 in 1/2 cup of water and spray the top of the salad with the solution before covering and refrigerating.

If you are not in the mood for salad the next day, try this:   Put the salad (everything, tomatoes, radishes and all) in the blender with 1/2 cup of juice (tomato, carrot, etc.) and blend.   Then fold in an additional 1/2 cup of the juice.   Add seasoning to taste and drink your salad.

To freshen the kitchen:   Keep a spray bottle of the 3% solution in the kitchen.   Use it to clean counter tops and appliances.   It disinfects and gives the kitchen a fresh smell.   Works great inside the refrigerator also.   (Works on Formica tops).

Washing / Laundry:   Add 8 ounces of 3% to your wash in place of bleaches with fumes.

Marinade:    Place chicken or beef in a casserole (avoid use of aluminum pans) and cover with 3% H2o2.   It may take several pints depending on the amount of Meat / Chicken.    Place loosely covered in the refrigerator overnight.   The next day, rinse and cook.

In the dishwasher:   Add 2 ounces of 3% H2o2 to your regular washing formula.   Your dishes will really sparkle.

It can be absorbed through the skin by bathing in it (anywhere from 1 to 8 pints of 3% h2o2 in a standard size bathtub half full of water (soak 20 minutes or more).
